Marquardt & Roche/Meditz & Hackett Biggest Mobius Award Winner Among Agencies Billing Under $100 Million
Stamford, Connecticut -- With three "Best in Category" wins at the recent Mobius Awards, Marquardt & Roche/Meditz & Hackett topped all agencies billing under $100 million and came in ahead of many agencies billing over $1 billion. M&R/M&H also won more top awards than any other New England agency, in a contest considered one of the most prestigious for advertising in all categories.
M&R/M&H's first place awards include a radio campaign for the Copper Development Association (CDA) as well as a single radio commercial for the CDA, and a sales promotion piece for Fuji Medical Systems, Inc. In addition to the three awards, a four-color print ad for Duracell U.S.A. won M&R/M&H a citation for outstanding creativity.
M&R/M&H's winning of three top awards ranked it ahead of such Goliath-size agencies as Ogilvy & Mather, Ammirati Puris Lintas, and N.W. Ayer. "We are extremely delighted that we did so well against such strong competition," commented M&R/M&H president Howard Meditz. "The Mobius committee honored only five percent of the 5,000 entries from 36 countries. For an agency of our size to take three first-place awards in such a competition is an enormous boost to our people and our clients."
Marquardt & Roche/Meditz & Hackett is a full-service marketing communications agency based in Stamford, Connecticut. It has billings of $32.5 million.
