MRP
wins for Lorad at the 2002 "ACE" Awards
Stamford, Connecticut Marquardt & Roche and Partners
was recognized for its print advertising work for Hologic's Lorad
division at the 2002 ACE Awards. The marketing communications
creative awards contest is run by the New York chapter of the
Business Marketing Association.
The 32-year-old creative competition attracted entries from
agencies throughout the country. MRP's entry was in the hotly
contested "Single Print Ad - 4 Color" category which includes
ads of all sizes for all business-to-business products.
MRP's award was for a four-color spread directed to diagnostic
imaging centers. It promotes the fact that Lorad has developed
the only mammography equipment that allows you to upgrade from
mammography to upright biopsy and again to prone biopsy. The ad
shows a pensive woman in a waiting room and the headline "She
may need a biopsy in two years. With Lorad, you'll be ready."
Other agencies receiving awards in this year's contest included
Young & Rubicam, Campbell Mithun and Mobium.
Marquardt & Roche and Partners Chief Creative Officer Gerry
